We only collect personal data that you give us yourself — for example when you email one of our desks, apply for a job, or contact us about a cargo. This typically means your name, employer, email address and telephone number, plus the content of your enquiry.

Personal data is used to answer enquiries, to perform and administer transport and agency agreements, to process job applications, and to comply with legal and maritime reporting obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Sharing and storage
Data may be shared with group companies (Navigare Logistics AS, Ltd and Ehf) and with agents, port authorities, customs and IT suppliers where this is necessary to carry out an agreement. Data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.
